Luca provided excellent client service by keeping us informed on project status in a timely fashion throughout the process. He was very professional and kept things very clean. His attention to detail and his overall caring attitude is impressive. It was a pleasure working with him and we would recommend him without hesitation.

I contacted the company and reached Peter by phone the morning after we discovered our fridge had broken. He asked me some questions on what problems we were having. He made it to our house within a couple of hours because of changes in his schedule. He found the problem immediately, and provided us some advice on what could be done, including phoning the manufacturer to see whether our refrigerator could be repaired through the manufacturer's warranty (and it turned out it could for free, because of a compressor problem). He was extremely helpful and it was a delight to interact with him, I and would recommend him to anyone.
