Checked everything out, the technician was very patient with me when I was explaining some things that I thought needed checking. She also recommended changing the condensation collection unit while the furnace was still on warranty (warranty was going to expire in 9 months). This saved me money and was much appreciated. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

We have used Naiad Irrigation for the past 5 years or so. They always do an excellent job, are on time and very pleasant to deal with. WE have used them for spronkler repairs as well with similar results.

IWE did an amazing job for us (again)!!!! The reno was completed on time and within budget, but what sets IWE apart is the professionalism and customer service focus of the company. They have high quality people on staff, and only use the best tradespeople on their projects. This is the second project we used IWE for, and the end result was the same. An amazing kitchen, completed on time and on budget. The people at IWE are aligned with their customers in that they want the same result as the customer: a quality product upon completion. Wayne, our project manager, is outstanding to work with, and was very patient and professional in his dealings with us. Randy is excellent as well. The thing that sets IWE apart is the people they employ/use, we have had renos done by other companies and did not experience the same result. We will definitely use them again, and that should give you the idea of how satisfied we were with the result. The cost is a little higher with IWE, but well worth it!!!!
