I have very good things to say about Golden Maids. I’ve had the same cleaning lady from them for a while now and she always comes at the time she’s scheduled weekly, and usually accommodating with odd change in scheduling. I first found them online, called them up and they really came through. I don’t know if the company is family owned, but it does have that feel because it’s intimate, flexible and approachable. They have fairly competitive prices. Other companies I’ve looked into has outrageous cleaning rates and frequent staff turnover. This company is not inexpensive but it is not the most expensive either. Overall, with the exception of reminders of what needs to be cleaned here and there (which explains the 4 rating), I’ve been happy with the service. My contact at the office , Lena, is exceptionally friendly & professional and a pleasure to deal with! I would recommend company to others.

Both your office and service staff demonstrate professionalism, knowledge and reliability. The most recent service call was handled efficiently from a gentleman (wish i could remember his name) who gave us an honest and reasonable repair quote accompanied with a thorough explanation of the problem and advise on how to avoid it from recurring again. We had been using another company for years but always felt over-charged and pressured to do more than what was actually required. This is not the case with Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare and we plan on using Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare for years to come.
