We called Reliance to find out about getting a more efficient water heater. They came THAT DAY to replace it. Joey D RCH 0977 arrived with in a few hours to check things out, and told us our water tank was WAY too big for the number of people in the house and swapped it out, no problem. He knew my name, My daughters name and was so pleasant to work with. I barely knew he was there. gone by dinner time. Awesome.

Sandip came in and explained from top to bottom how our furnace and AC system works, which NO one else did. All other sales guys tried to upsell and they told us we didnt need all those extras. These guys explained EXACTLY how much we would be saving on our bill and negotiated a good deal for us. His guys came 2 days later to install and were super great! The guarantees and warranties are fabulous, they gave us exactly what they promised and i couldnt believe the difference a new furnace made to the dust control, the overall circulation of air and the efficency of the two stage variable DC furnace. We choose to upgrade to the NEST thermostat which further monitors energy efficiency and can tell if we are are home and how to manage the heating and cooling systems. Overall, awesome service.
