We called on David, owner of Afrusun, as the blower on our 27-year-old furnace had given up. He gave us a price on repairing our existing furnace, and quotes on possible new furnaces. As he has on two other occasions, when we experienced problems with our air conditioner and water heater, David gave us immediate service and had a new Carrier Performance furnace installed for us the same cold March day that we called. We are very thankful for David's attention to our problem, for his furnace recommendations, and for an excellent installation. Highly recommended.

Isaac came to our house within a day of our phone call. The job was scheduled for the following week, and it was actually completed a day early. The pleasant two person crew finished the job within an afternoon. Excellent service, quality, clean-up, and a final inspection by Isaac the next day. After obtaining three estimates on a sliding patio door installation, we decided to engage Encore Home Improvements. We were replacing an existing bay window with a custom-sized patio door. Our neighbours had also recommended using Encore after installation of their patio door and basement windows. We found Dave Rosolen to be very communicative and patient with our many questions. We twice visited the showroom in Markham, and Dave visited with us in our home on two additional occasions. With Dave's assistance, we decided on the Novatech "Imagine" triple-glazed door. I believe Encore is one of the few installers of this Canadian product. We found the estimate written up by Dave to be extremely comprehensive and competitive. George was the installer who removed the old bay window, made the cut-out, and installed the door, which included pouring of the concrete sill and completing interior and exterior trim--all within a day and a half. His finishing was 100% to our satisfaction. We would use Encore without hesitation for any of our future window or door needs.
