We requested replacement of polyB as knew it was not code anymore so requested actual person from Pete the Plumber. He came with a team member and replaced all appropriate plumbing materials. However, in the process broke a jacuzzi front plate. They didn't mention it to us and we noticed the attempted coverup when cleaning the bathroom after they left. The attempted coverup was a MESS! We are so disappointed with this mess and although the house is old, as is the jacuzzi, it is still our home and we were not notified of this breakage or the repair and coverup.

Our kitchen counter tops are truly amazing! Erich was extremely professional, arrived precisely on time and completed the job with excellent precision. There was absolutely no mess left behind and we have already given recommendations to friends and family that were amazed at the finished appearance.
