Everyone in a service business should be as professional and considerate and kind as Margaret. Even the service guys were amazing. Honest, concise, did what they said they would and provide before and after pictures at your home. They take longer than other companies and charge more but the quality of work is night and day difference. If you want the job done properly, call Margaret. If we were ever to need any windows installed there is no one else to call other than Superior Home Improvements in Scarborough. They were prompt to show up, proffesional in their manners, explicit in their description of work to be completed, finished their work on time, cleaned up to the point that we could not notice that anything had been disturbed and also very polite and a joy to have in our home. Their product knowledge was a tremendous help in choosing the proper windows for our requirements. Once you meet the owner, you will immediately feel comfortable in dealing with them. Nancy & Rick.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. From the beginning of our project to its conclusion , you were very professional in your manner, very accommodating, and sincere. You made as if it were your personal home that you were having painted. Your employees were extremely polite, concerned, considerate and professional at all times during our paint project. They did an exceptional job painting the interior of our entire home with the exception of one small bedroom as per our request. The interior colour specialist that you supplied us with was an exceptional experience that we highly recommend in itself. We will be calling you to paint the exterior window frames soon.
