I hired them to do some landscaping work in my backyard in the spring/summer of 2023. In particular, we wanted to install emerald cedars for privacy purposes. Firstly, they were three hours late for their appointment. Secondly, even though we agreed on the price prior to the job, they tried to ask for more money when they arrived because of "inflation". They ended up installing emerald cedars that they purchased from a local home improvement store (not from an actual nursery). Even though we water them daily and provided ample of fertilizer, most of the cedars have died after two months. I now have to pay someone to remove the dead trees and install new ones that are actually from a proper nursery. I would definitely not recommend these guys to anyone.

Chris and his team did an absolutely amazing job. We shopped around and got quote from 10 different vendors. We ultimately went with these guys because they seemed the most knowledgeable, genuine, and very competitive from a pricing stand point. In total, we replaced 20 windows and 1 patio door. The outer colour matched our house perfectly. Amazingly, the installation took only one day which was amazing. We love our new windows and patio door. Highly recommended to all of our family and friends!

KC was extremely punctual, polite, and took his time in explaining everything to us. The installation was a little more complicated than we initially thought and took more time. However, instead of charging us for the full six hours that he was at our place, he only charged us four hours of his time. We would certainly use KC again for any of our future needs.
