Homestars as a whole puts the blame on the contractors etc. To push for reviews and in fact makes us do all the dirty work. Was on board for about two years and finally had enough. Fake reviews are blamed to us and they paint a broad brush of dishonesty to the contractor who has no idea on what's going on. The so called Homestars recommendation needle is a laugh and mine was as far as low until they raised it halfway. Went to their competitor paid less than a third and received many more leads. Homestars should pay more attention to those who pay their bills and not on the technology. I would not recommend them for they don't really listen to their shareholders. Their integrity is solely to the reviews and not to their clients. My advice is is go somewhere else to be treated like human beings.
