In order to sell an investment property, I wanted to have new carpeting (throughout most of the house) and vinyl flooring (in the kitchen and bathrooms) installed. I heard that Alexanian had a good deal on carpet so I went to their Industrial Avenue location in Ottawa. I dealt with a gentleman named Roland. He took the time to come to the property and gave me excellent advice on what to choose in terms of the quality and colour of carpeting and vinyl flooring. He also gave me a price that I was very pleased with. I wanted the installation to take place quickly as I wanted the house on the market asap. There were a few hiccups with the installation but Roland was very good at addressing these issues. I would recommend Alexanian and especially Roland to anyone seeking new flooring, and I would not hesitate to go back. Thanks Roland !

Needed a new gas fireplace. Called a few contractors who seemed disinterested in coming to my house to check it out as I needed a special unit (peninsula version). Called Impressive and spoke to Amir. Found him to take a special interest without hesitation. What a difference ! He took his time to research and get me the best price he could. Came to the house to check it out before the start of the job. Kept me informed of his work, including issues he encountered, but was very fair cost wise. He even did some repairs to the drywall that was not contracted for at no additional charge. I was extremely satisfied with his work and his professionalism.
