My wife and I are very pleased with the professionalism of Ed and his team. Ed introduced us to multiple different models but at the end of the day we were limited to the on that would fit in our fireplace. He always took time to answer all of our questions fully. Day of the install we had Cam and Ben to do the implementation. They were concerned to make sure that they took care of our hardwood floors. Also with some of the job there was dust and they took every measure to minimize the dust. Job was done professional and quick. We had multiple people come in to give us an estimate. But when Matthew came we could tell he was a perfectionist.... which is exactly what we wanted. We told Matthew we did not want just a good job.... we wanted this to be our show piece as you come thru the front door. But we are not rich. Matthew and Ted exceeded our expectations. The job was perfect. It took a little longer than expected but that is fine for the showcase that we wanted. They both have an above average work ethic as well. Started with a very knowledgeable sales person Michael. Educated us where others just wanted to close a deal. Terry and Mike, were on time and did an absolutely professional job. My wife and I are extremely pleased. Before they left they did a thorough clean up and showed us how everything worked. Also made sure we were thrilled with the job.
