Their experience meant they knew exactly what they were doing, and were fast and careful with our items. The end cost was very reasonable with no surprises. Our move was to put the contents of our house in storage while we renovate, and I’ll have no hesitation contacting Tiffany to book our move back, in a few months’ time.

Rosario replaced a rooftop deck for us, and did a superb job. He’s everything you want in a contractor - he told us exactly what he was going to do, his pricing was in line with other quotes we received, he warned us about anything that might concern us, and he was punctual, friendly and responsive in communication as the project progressed. He and his workers keep an immaculately clean job site and his workmanship is solid. Our project came in on-time, and exactly as quoted. We’re delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. We highly recommend Benchmark Building for other deck or building projects.

I needed to move one bulky item - a wine cabinet - that I'd purchased. Hiring Cargo Cabbie looked like about the best option, rather than renting a van and wrangling a friend to help me - and I was pleased I did. Booking the appointment was easy. Javier and his assistant were punctual, very polite, worked quickly and efficiently - and took care to wrap and protect the item, ensuring that there would be no damage. I'd recommend Cargo Cabbie without hesitation.

We had a bathroom faucet that had worked its way loose, and would no longer turn on. Despite scratching our heads over it for several days and taking it to the plumbing section of a local big box, we couldn't get it fixed. I called on a Wednesday and Drainworks were able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon, allowing a slot between 1 and 3pm. I found the company was great about calling to give a more precise time, and the plumber arrived very shortly after the appointed time. Chris was friendly, very polite and professional, and was able to solve the problem with only a little head-scratching on his part. He also took the extra time to investigate another non-plumbing issue I asked him about and referred another tradesman to make that repair. The only comment I would make is that the repair was perhaps a little more expensive than I'd anticipated, but only a little, and probably worth it for how quickly they could schedule an appointment and a quick professional solution to a frustrating plumbing problem. I also appreciated the ability to pay by credit card.
