Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. I just want to let you know that I am very satisfied with your company. I bought a Lennox Furnace 2 years ago from another company which after they sold their product, they could not care less. The furnace was due for a tune-up. I looked on the web the companies that were dealing with Lennox, and I called other places and the customer service was bad and – or it was way too expansive. I called your company, the first ring, your employee answered the phone and she was nice with me. My appointment was this morning. The employee showed up right on time. I was really impressed! He was good to answer my questions, he was really polite and professional. At the end, he took the time to explain to me what he does and what we should do in the future. As you probably know, it seems almost impossible in those days to find a professional company who respects their clients and offers great customer service. Kudo! My only regret is that we did not buy our furnace from your company. :)

Once you buy, they could not care less about you. Rude on the phone, don't respect their apointment. I truly regret having buy my furnace 2 years ago. Lennox furnace is ok.
