Local business commendation for KCo Junk Removal: (416) 795-6816 Kelly and his team are prompt and efficient- basic qualities we all look for in junk removal teams. However, they are also compassionate, caring, and think out of the box. This is what sets them apart. I have been referring KCo to clients and using them personally for over 5 years. While always dependable to get simple jobs done, in the past year alone, they have helped me get the near impossible accomplished. They came prepared to cut up an ancient, frozen over refrigerator which they magically had out of the basement in one piece within an hour. In the late summer, they assisted a client and his POA to completely clear his home of 14 tons (literally, the amount was weighed) of books, which were taken to a recycling facility. This was only the books. Over 2 weeks, the KCo team filled approximately 20 bins which were all disposed of in the most green / respectful ways possible. Most importantly, they stayed within project timelines and charged their original quote amount given at the walk-through. They were non-judgemental at the walk-through, and were incredibly respectful of the emotional weight clearing a home for sale can bring to a client. Please consider Kelly, Brandon and the entire KCo team to fill your junk removal needs. Jobs are highly individual and will be custom quoted for your situation. I seen paid $150-$10,000 for extreme projects. it will always be less with them than other services. https://www.kcojunk.com

My family bought our house in 2007. The Central Vac system never worked. We had another technician in to diagnose the issue and they thought there was a blockage in the pipes. They told us that it would require at least a day's worth of work and substantial drywall work. We left the issue. Fast forward almost 10 years later and we had Julian in to get a second opinion this afternoon. In less than 10 minutes he had discovered that the issue was a disconnected pipe, not a blockage. Not only that, but he discovered that our system which was in our basemeant beside the hot water tank, was not one intended for indoor installation as it would degrade the quality of the air (usually garage installation). Within 1 hour of walking through the door, he had fully replaced our unit with a top of the line Canadian made model, located and fixed the pipe disconnection with one drywall hole, tested all outlets, and gave us lessons on how to use the brand new hose. He is simply the best in his field.

We are in a semi-detached that had water coming in from both the exterior and interior walls of our basement. We interviewed MANY companies. Various sources had us needing to re-drop our basement without a guarunteed result for the tune of $45,000. The costs we were being quoted were out of this world... and then came Mud Monkeys. Due to our unique situation, we chose to interior waterproof our basement upon their consultation. Not only did Darby provide the friendliest service, but also the best price. We intend to use Mud Monkeys to do our external waterproofing in the coming years, but can now use our basement as a comfortable living space in the meantime. Thanks Mud Monkeys!

Juliette, we genuinely appreciate your review. We were happy we were able to help you with your problem, which is very common amongst houses on the Danforth. Whenever a previous homeowner chooses to lower the floor without properly benching or underpinning you can have this problem. We can waterproof the exterior walls and not stop the problem, only an interior waterproof will work in this situation. We do look forward to waterproofing your exterior walls at a later date if you choose to restore them. Thanks again, Darby
