My family bought our house in 2007. The Central Vac system never worked. We had another technician in to diagnose the issue and they thought there was a blockage in the pipes. They told us that it would require at least a day's worth of work and substantial drywall work. We left the issue. Fast forward almost 10 years later and we had Julian in to get a second opinion this afternoon. In less than 10 minutes he had discovered that the issue was a disconnected pipe, not a blockage.
