We are very pleased with the installation service of our furnace and A/C by Convertible Heating. Chris was a pleasant introduction to the company. He was punctual, informative and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. The installers arrived on time and worked all day in an awkward situation without complaint. One minor problem was immediately dealt with by Chris and rectified without any difficulty. We will certainly recommend this company to our friends in the future.

Just wanted to let you know how very happy we are with your company's work on our roof and capped windows. Your advisor, Frank Marrello, , gave us a comprehensive explanation of the work to be done and was very accurate in his estimate. He was very congenial and provided a nice introduction to your company. Your roofers were punctual, pleasant and conscientious in their work. They were extremely thorough in their cleanup of our property upon completion of the job. From Frank's first visit to final cleanup, we considered it a job very well done. We will be most willing to refer your company to our friends in the future. Thanks to all of you for your efforts! Marilyn.
