Initially I was very impressed with the owners knowledge and service, however after waiting for 4 month for a pillow, I can no longer recommend them. They never called me to update me. I had to call and ask where on earth my pillow was and if they had forgotten about me. I found the customer service went down the drain at this point and I felt like once we had purchased the bed, we were not important any more. EDITED on June 4, 2014: Yes, I did indeed get the pillow hand- delivered to my home, which was impressive! Since then my calls have been answered promptly and I am much happier with the customer service. I have therefore changed my mind about this company and can now recommend Goodnight and Sweet Dreamzz!

As soon as AnnaLena's pillow finally arrived, it was delivered to her personally, saving her a trip to the store. I have spoken several times with AnnaLena since then, dealing with a warranty issue which is supposed to be rectified this week. Thanks for your business, AnnaLena!
