We were in need of a new bed and thought of Sweet Dreams right away as I have had friends who purchased their bed there and were very happy with the service. At first, my husband and I were very pleased with the service we received in store. The person who served us was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We ordered our bed and were told we would receive it within 3-4 weeks. It has now been over 6 weeks and we still do not have our bed. At the 4 week mark, my husband called the store trying to figure out when we could expect delivery. The phone was never answered. We did however, receive a call later in the evening telling us we would get our bed within a few days. We set up a Tuesday delivery and Tuesday came and went without our bed and without so much as a phone call. We again had to initiate the phone call to find out what went wrong. This back and forth carried on for another few weeks: "Your bed will be delivered on such and such day,"...no bed. We just called again today to confirm that our bed will be at the store today as it was guaranteed. We had decided that we would actually pick up our bed at the store instead of waiting for a delivery and were told that they were sending the truck to make a special pick up to ensure our bed would be ready for us today. However, during the phone call we were given the run-around again saying our delivery was scheduled between 3 and 5 today...which was not what was promised. We are headed to the store today at 5:00 hoping to pick up our bed as promised. If it is not there we will be taking the floor model. I will NEVER recommend this company again (prior to this I have sent approximately 5 of my friends and family members there who have made purchases) and I will never purchase any thing from them again.
