I was very happy from the beginning of the process with Alma Windows and Doors sales, QA Manager Yuri. He came to our house to provide us with a quote. His passion and knowledge for business is immense, you will see if he comes to your house:) and he recommended by far the best option for my balcony door.We have a bedroom in that room and the builder door was really poor quality, we had a lot of draft coming into our room and made it impossible to be comfortable without a another source of heat in the room.He offered us the best price from all the quotes we had received. And he promised to get it done in a couple of weeks, And here it is done Dec 18, 2018 after 4 weeks from our contract. Dimitri and his colleague were very professional and finished installation in 2 and a half hours and the came within the time window they told us 2 weeks in advance.
