Thanks JP, I really do enjoy helping you understand the condition of your home. The care and attention taken in building your North Vancouver home was interesting. The fact that all the interior walls were backed with plywood to allow easy hanging of pictures, book shelves or whatever is very unusual. It is also a fantastic bonus as it helps keep the home quiet. This was a first. Finds like this keep the process interesting. I hope you are happy for years to come in your new home.
