Ordered a sofa and chair from direct Interiors and we knew it would take long because of all pandemic related days. However 4 months turned into 6 months, plus another month for the two additional cushions we ordered. Upon delivery, the dust cover under the sofa was ripped and when you sit on the couch all you hear is the wood creek. The store just blames the manufacturer for everything. They said the would fix it, but it has been almost 3 months and still they haven't come to fix the issue. I would never buy anything from them nor would I ever recommend this place.

Two problems with this company. First the sales rep misrepresented the services. He told me that as part of sealing the driveway they would fill in the gap between my driveway and garage to prevent further water damage. That never happen and the GM at Property Stars said she was sorry that I was mislead. Filling the gap was the only reason I purchased the service. The second problem was the work itself. The 16 year old kid that did the work over sprayed the driving and got the sealant on the interlock bricks beside the driveway and on the bricks of the garage wall. The driveway was spotty, streaky and inconsistent.
