After having a great experience with Peter 6 months back, I did not hesitate to call him again once my washer needed service. Honest, knowledgeable and personable. He was totally respectful of my home and family while providing a high level of service. Peter is now my go-to-guy for all appliance repairs.

Worst service experienced by any service company. Technician came without the proper tools and had very little knowledge of the unit. Customer Service was less than helpful when booking appointments, calling for escalations. On two instances, I was placed on hold and disconnected. On another two instances, was transferred to the customer service supervisor only to have the phone ring and ring. Sent multiple emails and posted on Facebook with no response. I will NEVER shop Sears again.

After receiving less than less than satisfactory service from a large appliance retailer, I turned to Modern Appliance for help alleviating my situation. Peter came equipped with all the parts he suspected may be causing my problem to ensure that the issue was corrected that same day. Peter also took the time to correct the mistakes made by the previous technician. I have already recommended Modern Appliance to a coworker. Dryer has been working as it should straight from the factory. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Peter.
