I needed a 9000 BTU split-type unit and got two quotes. When I told the competitor what Ductless had quoted, he said, "I'd jump on it - I can't match that." Pretty good recommendation! Installation by an independent contractor, a friendly, blue-eyed Palestinian named Ahmed who I would ask for again, was very competent and completed very efficiently. Aircon works very smoothly and silently. Looking forward to seeing how the heat pump side of the Mitsubishi unit functions this winter.

This was my fourth furnace or aircon from Cozy Comfort in the past 10 years (I have two furnace/aircons in my house - both have now been fully replaced). Once again, the process was easy and very honest from start to finish. The company leader, Brian Kar, is well known as an outgoing, highly intelligent man who knows his products. This time I was able to meet one of his top sales people, Fred, who I was glad to find was a former technician, so he also knew the products from the inside. Prices are always fair with CC. Installation was efficient, and very sensitive to avoiding disruption and minimizing venting damage. I highly recommend this company.

I am a repeat customer with Cozy Comfort Plus. I greatly respect Brian Kar, the head of the company, who I believe instills integrity in all his staff. He offers very fair pricing and excellent equipment. In fact, he only sells high-quality products, so whatever you choose will work out. In this case, I bought a new aircon compressor unit, which his people installed efficiently and continues to work well.
