Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Professional Roofers did both shingles and a flat root treatment to our entire house, and we could not be happier with their service and, yes, professionalism -- they do live up to their name. They installed ridge vents throughout, moved and installed a proper raised vent on the flat roof section, and also provided a FREE solar powered vent to actively vent the sloped roof! Our whole experience with the PR team was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Our sad old furnace decided to stop working on a cold night last Sunday, so Monday morning at 8:30am I called Cozy World. Fred was over looking at it within a couple hours, quickly determined the issue, then gave me my options: repair for several hundred, or replace. We opted to replace, and Fred had quotes for 3 types of furnaces by that afternoon. We settled on one, and the installers where there Tuesday morning to install. The installers were great guys, who even cleaned our AC filter, after noticing it was rather dirty. The whole job was done by evening, and our house is now quite Cozy indeed. :)
