The roof shingles were still in good shape with years of life still in them . We set a date to complete the necessary work, and Kevin and crew showed up on time . The work was completed in a professional manner and our property was left cleaner than when they arrived. The new ridge caps make the entire roof look new . We contacted DP Tiling to get a quote on removing our old ceramic tile floors and installing new 24 x 24 porcelain tiles. Devon responded in a timely manner to my enquiry. After talking with several flooring contractors, we decided to go with DP Tiling . We set a date for the work to commence and Devon and Dean showed up on schedule. Poly was installed to control dust . Our kitchen cabinets were installed on top of the old tiles , and they did an incredible job removing the tile and underlayment without disturbing the integrity of the cabinets. We had them install 24 x 24 porcelain tiles in our kitchen, entrance way , powder room and mud room . Their skill and professionalism shined through on all aspects of their work . We are thrilled with the results. We highly recommend them for all of your tiling needs .

My wife and I met with Max to discuss the renovation on our outdated Master Ensuite. We had seen work some of the work his company had previously done, and were impressed with the results and the satisfaction of his clients. We hired Riverside Renos to demo and renovate our ensuite. Max showed up on the date agreed upon and was very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. We had selected our materials / fixtures, and all were on site at the start of the job. I was very pleased with his workmanship and skill level. We had ceramic flooring removed and replaced, soaker tub removed and replaced with a solid surface surround, walk in shower torn out, new shower pan and waterproofing installed and tiled, Vanity re-plumbed and replaced with new. We also had safe and sound insulation installed between this and an adjoining washroom added and then new drywall installed. He kept a clean workspace and left everything in a clean safe state at the end of each day. The job was completed within the estimated time and within the agreed budget. After having my cottage roof fail for the 2nd time (asphalt shingles rated 25 years) lasted 14 years . We decided to replace with a metal roof system . After much research , we decided to go with Thermoseal Metal Roofing Systems . Werner the owner met with us at the cottage to see the job , show us our various roofing options and quote an accurate cost . We decided to go with the roof that Werner recommended , Ironwood Metal Shake in dark brown . Werner offered a quality product installed at a reasonable price . We signed the contract and set up an installation date . Due to the very rainy summer we experienced , and work backlog it caused , our job was delayed till late into the fall . Werner was always quick to respond to my texts and emails , keeping me in the loop with my job status. Werner and his crew showed up to my cottage and installed the roof in November . I went up to check on the progress and was very impressed with the care they took with the installation of the underlayment and the metal roofing shakes , and the cleanliness of the job site. They even pointed out an issue they found wth my Hydro mast , which I had not noticed , allowing me to get it repaired by Hydro before any catastrophic damage occurred . Much thanks ! Upon completion of the job , I went up for a final inspection . We were very impressed with the finished product . The roof looked fantastic , and the area was left cleaner than they found it. I contacted Total Security for an estimate to replace our 26 year old system that decided to retire without notice . Ray quickly responded and set up an appointment to discuss our needs. We liked what he had to offer and Ray was able to book us in for timely installation . It was a nice change to have the person that sells the job actually show up to do the installation . Our system (using original wiring) offered Ray a few challenges which he was able to overcome because of his experience and knowledge. He took his time and saw to it that the new system was installed properly and was working without issue. Ray made sure we were comfortable with the operation of the system before leaving . We found Ray to be very personable , accommodating , and extremely good at what he does. We have scheduled a date for him to install security cameras . We needed to replace our 25 year old garage doors , and after much research we decided to go with Markham Garage Doors . They recommended the Haas American Tradition doors out of the makes we were looking at , and we are glad we chose them. Excellent quality , you get what you pay for. Kevin and Chris were great to deal with , offering there expertise in our door selection . Jared did a great job with the installation , taking the necessary time and care to do it right , including one door with a high lift option , and Robert did the cleanest aluminum caping job I have ever seen , cutting into the brick , eliminating the need for messy , clumpy caulking.
