I dealt with Anthony in this company. He’s a reasonable person. He did a good job at my house. I just needed a paint job and sealing of by two patio. He came back twice to fix the paint job that wasn’t properly done before.

I called 1800 number of whirlpool Canada to repair my oven /microwave unit. I told them the error codes displayed on the screen. They sent third party appliance repair company named Standard appliance ltd based in milton. The tech came and took long time to diagnose it and asked me to pay first for this trip and then you will be charged for the part and next trip too. I asked to give me estimate of total cost that I should budget for it. He started showing me attitude and said I'm coming back. I called his boss Henry and he was rude and I said why you are so rude to me as customer and he said customer is always wrong. I gave him my credit card number and now reporting to whirlpool about this company.
