I have purchased Morrison homes spec home in Edmonton (Walker Summit) area in 2013 and got possession in Sept 2013. After 1.5 years of purchasing house, my shingle on the roof is ripped off. Morrison homes Manager is nice, he listened the problem and get it fixed. Also I had plumbing issue in Kitchen Sink strainer water leaking, he also get it fixed. Overall Morrison homes warranty department is good. Their warranty person always spent time to explain the problem and fix it whatever we asked.

I have purchased house from Morrison Homes. Overall quality for house is good. I had some issues with house, which they have fixed. Their warranty person is always helpful and explain in details. They have fixed roof and plumbing issue even after warranty expires.
