Second time using this company and very pleased with their cost, service and effectiveness. This time they moved all of my pictures and paintings and packed them safely for storage
Hired this company to install stairs in my home- they did a great job- and so extended the work to do a railing in my home: not so good. Its a safety hazzard and very insecure: tried arranging a follow-up visit with the company to have them come back and suggest a repair- but they kept putting me off. Too bad, they've got great skilled trade people- but bad follow up. Cant recommend!!
Went to the clients home and we completed the work as requested in a timely fashion and around clients very hectic schedule. Client lives in older home with original features, once commencement of work started the flooring started to become an issue to secure it firmly into the floor. The flooring joists were rotting, and decaying which impacted the handrail to be secured properly. It was not within the budget to repair or replace the flooring and therefore completed the job as per contract.
