We had a quote from Pavel at Ontario Windows and Doors Pro in June of 2010. The price was fair and the time line for install what we wanted. The day of instillation of our new windows and doors was July 9, 2010. Everything was going well until they got to our bathroom window. We had ordered frosted glass and it was clear. They assured me that they would install frosted glass at a later date. Also, the French door was very tight and I was told that over time it would loosen up. I called to find our when they would install the frosted window countless times in Sept, October and November. Always being put off and told “when we have a guy in the area they will come and do it”. My husband called at the end of November and Pavel said someone would come in December. They finally came to install the frosted glass mid December, but had the wrong size. Since December the stripping has also come off our “tight” French door and the frame is warping. We have called them 2 times since and they have not responded. If you choose to do business with this company, you better cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong because you’ll have a hard time getting them back to your house to fix their problems once they have your thousands of dollars!

We just finished having a new Ikea kitchen installed and choose Tempo Tech to do the granite counter top. This family business should be your first stop on your kitchen renovation ladder. We were going to have our cabinets refaced and once we visited Tempo Tech we were sold on a brand new kitchen as advised by Mark. Our quotes for kitchen cabinet refacing were in the $5000 range and our granite counter quotes were in the $3000 range. On Marks advice we managed to save big time using Ikea cabinets and plus the discount on the granite from Tempo we came under budget on our kitchen renovation and it looks amazing. Mark's team was on time, even though I actual had to cancel on them at the last minute, they were on budget and the quality of the granite is wonderful (we were only out of a kitchen for one week in total so it wasnt disrupting at all). If your renovating to sell or to live this should be your source for granite, hands down the best value in the area. Thanks guys!!
