My wife and I have been in the same home for 29 years, and over time the driveway has developed a goodly number of cracks. With winter rains on the way, did not want to leave the problem to get worse. Called Matt from this company and he was outstanding. Showed up and offered a professional quote, and when we gave him the job he was there promptly, was most courteous, and did a superb job. In the spring we will have him power wash and seal the aggregate driveway. We have complete confidence in his work and his excellent attitude!!

Dear Sean, Just a note to thank you for the excellent job that your team and your crews did with roofing our house, with Wayne next door who also used Penfolds having a similar experience. Everything that we were told in your initial discussions came about exactly as advertised, and we particularly appreciate the fact that you did not sugar-coat the process - you told us we would be living in a "construction zone" for at least a week, but that the crews would clean up at the end of each business day, and that at the end of it all, other than the new roof, we would never know that you had been there. That's exactly what happened. Our crew worked hard, they were helpful, personable, and careful, and not so much as a single branch of a single tree or shrub was disturbed. They took great care to cover plants, patios, and outbuildings so that we had no clean-up of any sort to deal with when the crews left. I sent a note to your president, Mr. Mayhew after the job was done, just expressing how pleased we were with both the process and the final outcome ... and having Ron, the supervisor, visiting the job site at least once a day and sometimes twice, gave us a real feeling of security. We would certainly recommend Penfolds to any friend, neighbour, or relative,with complete confidence.

Hi Sean … The gutter guys have come and gone, and did they ever do a great job! – of course the acid test will be this weekend’s rain, but I’m not concerned. Ron looked after the flashing issue – he has just been terrific – and it looks like we’re pretty much done. Not sure what’s left at your end, but we’re looking good. I would be one of those people who would be delighted to refer Penfolds to friends and neighbours for sure! You gave us an accurate view of what to expect, start to finish, and all your people delivered just as promised … again, Ron has just been great – on site most every day, always there to answer questions and look after bits and pieces.
