An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Everything that we were told in your initial discussions came about exactly as advertised, and we particularly appreciate the fact that you did not sugar-coat the process - you told us we would be living in a "construction zone" for at least a week, but that the crews would clean up at the end of each business day, and that at the end of it all, other than the new roof, we would never know that you had been there. That's exactly what happened.
Our crew worked hard, they were helpful, personable, and careful, and not so much as a single branch of a single tree or shrub was disturbed. They took great care to cover plants, patios, and outbuildings so that we had no clean-up of any sort to deal with when the crews left. I sent a note to your president, Mr. Mayhew after the job was done, just expressing how pleased we were with both the process and the final outcome ... and having Ron, the supervisor, visiting the job site at least once a day and sometimes twice, gave us a real feeling of security. We would certainly recommend Penfolds to any friend, neighbour, or relative,with complete confidence.
