Excellent service by Fuad! He came an hour or so after I reached out to him and diagnosed the problem. He was very through in his diagnosis. He ordered the faulty part and came by and repaired it as soon as he had the part (a couple of days later). And he called soon after to ensure that everything was working in order! I would recommend him to anyone who wants things done both quickly and thoroughly.

Our experience with Xana was excellent! What stood out for us is the amount of time they spent with us during the planning and design stages of our patio. This was followed by communicating with us throughout the project ensuring that we were happy. The results exceeded our expectations – the installation and workmanship was phenomenal. They really listened to what we wanted and hence the patio is perfect! They gave us a start and finish date at the beginning of the project and stuck to all the timelines.
