Tony promptly returned our messages, arrived on time for our initial quote, planning/sign-off and the project started and ended exactly as scheduled. (This alone is reason enough to be amazed!) He recommended the perfect products and design to suit our expectations and was considerate of our budget. Paul, led the work crew who worked consistently from start to finish with great courtesy and professionalism. Neighbors were also impressed by what they saw. We ended up passing Duralock's number on to three of them on the day our little two-day project was finishing up. Since then we have had many compliments, but most importantly, WE are thrilled with the work, the process, and the people who make up the Duralock company. We plan to call them again for future work.

We found It's the Right Move after checking into a few of the companies listed on the HomeStars website. Philip took the time to come to our home, give us a fair estimate, and from there took charge of all aspects of our move. He provided all the wardrobe boxes we needed, provided the required amount of personnel to make sure our move proceeded in a smooth and timely manner, and took great care to ensure that there was no damage to our belongings. He even moved our antique piano and placed our enormous elliptical machine in our basement rec room (and set it up for us)! We also moved during the middle of a ridiculously hot stretch in July. Philip and his team kept right on working, and they didn't let the heat slow them down. We were very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy we observed when working with It's the Right Move, and we would absolutely recommend them for anyone moving in the Halton and Peel area.
