The work was done promptly, mess was kept to a minimum and we were kept informed of progress. Terry returned calls right away and went out of his way to make sure our job was well completed. A very well-run organization.

From the start of the pool construction, everyone involved in its creation was extremely professional and informative. If there were any setbacks (in our case a deep end pool became a problem due to a high water table), different scenarios were explained to us and when it became apparent that only a four foot depth would work we were prepared. Simon and his crew worked diligently at all times were determined to get the job done as quickly as possible. Bob Fedorchuk (our pool salesman) was on top of every stage of the pool construction and was often on site to check the progress of the work crew. He also recommended excellent businesses for the electrical, plumbing and landscaping work that needed to be done.
