Horrible Experience with Thomson Industries Ltd. Very difficult to deal with and gets worst with when I had to escalate my issues withmanagement. Billing is very vague. No parts breakout or explanation of services on invoices. Just one lump sum. Would not recommend!

Very professionally run company. Quick quote! Trisha was fast to reply to my questions and had several options for me to choose. Very well executed installation and crew left my home clean and tidy! Would highly recommend them!

Rob was Great! Replied right away and was able to make an on site visit the next day! We had some dead rodents in our chimney and Rob sealed it off to make sure no other rodents would get in. Rob spoke from experience and was able to offer alot of helpful advice on preventative maintenance! Would definitely recommend his services!

This sites reviews weighted heavily on my decision to go with EcoWest Renovations but unfortunately they did not deliver. Very poor caulking, lots of scratches and hand prints everywhere! Everyone was sorry and an attempt was made to make repairs but this experience was truly awful. I was compensated for damages but I really feel my installation was rushed and I did not feel like the workers really cared what they were doing that day : (

Better trained staff. Not just one person who knows what there doing and alot of helpers doing the rest

We appreciate your right to post your thoughts online - and feel it is our right to do the same since we have dozens of employees who pride themselves on the work they do each day and who are directly impacted by whether or not a homeowner decides to do business with us. Factors such as reviews posted on online websites such as this can have a direct impact on that decision, as it did with you. In your case, our staff did leave handprints on the wall and could indeed have done a better job of caulking. We replied immediately to these concerns and had two of our staff members there the next day working overtime, and another staff member on Saturday morning working additional overtime to rectify the concerns. You told me you were very pleased with his efforts. I then stopped by personally with another staff member to meet your scheduling requirement - again on overtime hours - and spent 90 minutes with you and your wife in an effort to understand the issues at hand. We provided a credit of more than 15% of the project price to help offset your caulking and clean-up concerns, and you said you were very happy with that and found it to be fair. You made mention that you hadn't talked to your neighbour about your caulking and clean-up concerns, and accepted what I thought was a good-faith offer on our part to settle things. I am hoping any other potential customers read about how we tried to work with you to offset your concerns, and will consider our well-earned reputation of excellent customer satisfaction and workmanship when considering our services.
