Horrible delivery and awful communication skills of the delivery team. They came today, park on the street and said it is too much snow on my driveway to deliver my fridge. PLease see photos attached. It is a shoveled driveway, yes there are patches of snow which is frozen, but it is February in Canada! It snows It is Canada! Why bother to take orders if you do not deliver them! Order number is 1884766. I should never buy from them again. Update 1: CAS contacted me and asked to pay another $100 for another attempt to deliver my fridge, I responded it will be the same driveway, snow melts only in couple months. I said I will cancel my credit card payment. Update 2: after some back and forth arguing CAS agreed to provide a full refund. Buyer beware - lots of time and energy wasted.

Our regular service provider was not able to come and fix the furnace today (Sunday) in one of our rentals. Max came in 2 h and fixed the furnace. It took him about 20 min. We are very satisfied with his service. We will consider to use him in future.
