You will not find a more caring, conscientious, hands-on proprietor than Dusty Roberts of Luv-A-Rug. I have used this company's services twice to clean and treat a total of 10 area rugs, including cutting and binding a large broadloom carpet to create two smaller ones. My phone calls have been returned instantaneously, and Dusty has personally picked up and delivered larger items for me. They cleaned my humble (second-hand!) polyester shag rugs with the same attention as you would wish for the finest wool carpet. My 15-year=old, pet-stained broadloom came up looking like new—and smelling better! They were honest about the expected results for a flood-damaged wool runner, but despite some colour bleed, it looks quite acceptable.. I also appreciate this company's commitment to the community. They are known to donate their services to worthy causes and also to contribute to local charities, including animal welfare organizations.

Based on reviews here and elsewhere, I hired Mowology to clean up a large (10,000 sq ft), overgrown residential lot. The property was a massive tangle of dead and overgrown trees, shrubs, vines, perennials, and grasses, the remnants of a show garden that had been neglected for almost ten years. Although I essentially gave them carte blanche to hack, slash, and weed-whack, they still checked with me regularly as the work progressed to make sure they were doing just what I wanted. They did a splendid job, paying careful attention to unearthing and shaping the plants that I wanted to preserve, and managing to clean out everything around them without any casualties (to plants or people). This was a big, nasty job, which they completed in less than the estimated time. I'm sure the neighbours are going to be as happy with the results as I am. Tim and Weston worked fast and efficiently. They are diligent, friendly, respectful, and fun to be around! I can't thank them enough for making this so painless for me. The price listed is exclusive of green waste disposal fees. A real bargain, considering what they had to do.
