For the few instances I have used Don's Heating and Cooling, every technician that has responded has been professional and provided excellent customer service. My A/C wasn't working so I called Reliance Home Comfort because I had their protection plan. The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and professional, this extended to the service person Frank from Brampton who was able to come the very next day. Frank was not only courteous and professional, he was also personable and knowledgeable. He was also able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly, efficiently and properly. Frank did a good job and I recommend his work.
