I wish I could give 11 stars!!! My name is Erin. My mom has a HomeStars account and put out a notice for me and my husband looking for a designer for our first house. When this company responded, I was very impressed with the profile and decided to give them a try. It ended up being a great decision! Barbara is fantastic to work with. She gave excellent ideas that I hadn't thought of to help add storage to our small kitchen. She also gave lots ideas on designing our living room, both economical and mid to high end options. This was my first time working with a house designer but she was very friendly and listened to my ideas and suggested how to execute or how to improve upon them. It was a great first experience and likely won't be our last. VERY highly recommended.

My refrigerator stopped working and I called Cascade at 8:00 a.m. Steve came at 10:00 a.m.! 30 min. later my fridge was working and he even quickly diagnosed a problem that I was having with my dishwasher without charging me. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the fridge worked. He gave me tips about packing the freezer and how to position food correctly in the fridge. He also gave me tips about my dishwasher. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
