He answered all questions patiently and even offered advice on other problems (racoons, ants) The price was the lowest compared to every other quote from other companies. I am very pleased with the service provided by Maxima Aluminum Ltd. From the first phone call to the completed job, I was able to contact the project manager, Stas, to talk about what I wanted and to set a date for the work. When I noticed a severe leak after the first rainfall, Stas assured me the someone would come by to look at it. The team that arrived were again very knowledgeable and were able to pinpoint the cause of the problem. Soon after a team came by, while I was away from the house, and the work was completed. I would definitely recommend Maxima Aluninum to anyone.

I would highly recommend JR and Sons. They have replaced roof tiles twice for me. Once on a small extension and then on the main roof. He and his team always show up when they say they will, complete the job quickly and leave the area as they found it. And the price is fair. I also appreciate that Julio is willing to come back to follow up on questions at no cost, even after 5 years.

I would definitely recommend Delta Classic Homes. This wasn't the lowest quote but after being let down by several contractors I am glad to say that the job was completed exactly as stated in the contract, on time and on budget. The crew exhibited knowledge and professionalism from the beginning, showed up on time and were a pleasure to work with. Joe did amazing work repairing and plastering my stuccoed ceiling after a reno. From a scared stuccoed ceiling to a perfect smooth plastered finish. He and his assistant were very polite and helpful, always on time and did everything that he promised and cleaned up afterward. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who is honest, friendly, skilled and takes pride in a beautiful job.
