We needed filler of a cabinet trimmed in order to fit a new built-in fridge. KC arrived on time and was professional. It was our first time using this contractor, and we found that KC has a high attention to detail and quality, and got the job done. My only issue is that I was expecting a handyman who had a variety of tools in his truck, as a salesperson from Lowes mentioned that most handymen travel with a full load of equipment. However, KC had to take the piece off-site and returned the following day. This added an additional hour of labour costs. However, the job was done as requested and his professionalism and punctuality was notable.

Ryan and Garrett were the first to respond and be available for emergency clean-up, tear-up and disinfection of our basement after the major storm in July. They were thorough and worked around the clock to ensure that our basement (and all of the salvageable items) and air quality in the house were safe for the family. Sasha was a mould specialist in the clean-up crew, which was assuring to have an on-site mould expert involved throughout. The only issue that came up were discrepancies between the formal quote and the final invoice, but after some frank discussions and negotiations, Ryan honoured the original agreement.
