We had 3 bids on our window replacement and Linder was the clear choice. From punctuality, bringing samples and a professional attitude, we knew that their company was a cut above the rest. They proved my impression of them correct at the installation. They really did a great job. We couldn't be happier.

Scratch n' Save saved our budget! We lucked out on a good discount and our sales lady was so excited for us. The delivery went well and the products look great. Only one downside- there were instructions missing in the washer ('part 2') that told us to take an extra few bolts out. A repair man had to come show us why it wasn't working... we felt stupid when we saw him unscrew more ofthose huge bolts!

We called reliance and they send someone to our house to install the new heater. He didn't have the correct tank in the car so he gave us a quote and left. He said if we left it under the stairs it would cost a lot in piping but if we moved it against the wall (which was not dead space at the time), it would fit under the alotted pipe budget. He also told us it as $50 for a power vent but we were ok with that. Another crew came a different day and installed it against the wall. My s/o asked if it was exactly what I had agreed to (they said yes) and then he signed the work order. No prices or additional costs were mentioned. When our bill showed up there was a $300 excess instalation fee. We call and call and call and they always have an excuse about why they will call us back later.... but never call back later. I don't care how many days it takes someone to send you a fax, how often the manager goes to conferiences or how long it takes you to manually pull my file- you should be able to deal with customer inquries in less than a week... it's been nearly a month and I'm so sick of calling 3x a week just to get te run around from different customer service people.
