We own a four-plex and have had Mehmet do multiple jobs, some large, some small. He does high quality work and his prices are fair. Most of all, he is simply a trustworthy person. He is also very customer-focussed - I appreciate that he's helped us out when we were in a bind, more than once. I would highly recommend him!

Mike did a home inspection for us. He was very responsive to our requests and wrote a very detailed report, which helped us learn about all the issues with the place. The report was balanced and gave us the information we needed to determine whether we should purchase. Now that we have bought the house, we have a list of things we need to take care of in order to get the place ship shape. I would highly recommend Mike!

We have used Sasha a number of times. First, he renovated our suite - completely new kitchen, new floors, updated bathroom. The quality was great and the price he quoted was the price we paid.
