Checking for a leak in the roof
Chace from Twin Peaks came the next day I was asking for a roofer. He did a fine job explaining what the problem was. I would definitely use or tell other people about this company.
Within 1 hour Alex contacted me. He showed up on Monday and finished the job on Tuesday. Fantastic job. He kept me up to date on when he would be arriving. Totally pleased with his service.

Dishwasher was leaking from the bottom. I was told the hose had a hole in it (which was true) but had to buy a new motor because it was attached to the hose. I asked him can't you disconnect the hose. Oh no, it is attached to the motor. To fix the problem over $450.00 for part and over $250.00 for labour. I told him I would buy a new one. That five minute visit was $90.00 which I was aware of. However multiply $90.00 by how many calls a day and you can make a pretty penny. Anyways my neighbour looked at my dishwasher and bought the part at the store for $21.00, a piece that is connected at the end of the hose. Works like a charm now. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
