I had my windows replaced few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. If you want the job done right, give Alex a call. He gives a straightforward, no frills estimate and sticks to it. He was just slightly over the lowest quote I got. This other company I called kept giving me another price - typical salesman pitch, July 1st special! June special! I got the hint.. everyday was a special price for this "other" company. Alex from Windows by Installer was upfront from the start. His crew did an amazing job. They covered my floor while working and cleaned up really well afterwards. My windows were properly caulked and capped on the exterior. I'm in a house that is close to my neighbours' and could see the difference between my windows and my neighbor's windows who went with another window company. These guys were superior. My warranty was mailed a few days later as promised. I referred them to my neighbor and she was super happy with the windows and service as well. If you need windows and need them done right, call these Alex and his team, You wont regret it!

These guys didn’t ask me for a review but I felt it was important to share my great experience that I had with them. This was my first time using a moving company and during my research, I heard just about every horror story you can imagine. After exploring recommendations I turned to HomeStars and wasn't let down with my choice. Accurate really delivered. The crew called before they arrived and hit the ground running. The movers, Mike, Igor and Alex, were quick, efficient, and damn nice guys. The only downside in the move was on my side since I didn't know that I had to have a money draft for my first rent payment and it was a Sunday. The property management company had an antiquated system of filling out a form with my credit card information and then faxing it off for approval -- this took almost an hour! While this was happening, the movers front-loaded the elevator and emptied the truck in an organized manner in what looked like a strategic staging to get the bigger items in first. Each and every item was carefully wrapped and taped. They handled my collection of guitars with great care and everything made it from Newmarket to my new home at Yonge and Davisville without damages Andrew, the owner, was in touch with me throughout the entire move and after to see how things went. That spoke to me in great depth about how a moving company really has to be.
