When we bought our first home *everything* needed to be replaced, and we couldnt afford all of the windows all at once. We tried a few different installers for different rooms over the years and we not thrilled with the outcomes, until we had Superior over to replace our large livingroom window. The work was excellent, the window itself is high quality and everything was done in a friendly professional manner. We've had Superior in to do more windows as well as the eaves/soffit/fascia and we've been happy with the results every time! Highly recommended!

I came home from work yesterday to find winged ants crawling into my living room from under the baseboards and the cold air return. My first reaction was to call the name everyone knows....Orkin. They were not open, but I noticed the ad for PesTech had a 24 hour phone service and called them. I was told someone would be at my house at noon the next day. Steve from PesTech arrived right on time, took a few minutes to look around and took care of the problem immediately. Everything was clearly explained to me and the service was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to call on PesTech in the future and recommend them highly.

Service from showroom to final installation was excellent! The installer took the time to make sure everything was done right and then explained everything when he was finished. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company. We've had several relatives who have had similar experiences with The One Stop Fireplace Shop.

We had McRea in to replace our furnace and a/c unit. We bought a higher end high efficiency furnace and a mid grade central air system. If I had to do it over, I wouldnt deal with this company at all. We made the deal with the salesman who said the would redo all of the ducting in the furnace room and was very pleasent. The workers who showed up had a really bad disposition. Midway through the installation of the new furnace I went to see how things were progressing, they were reusing all the existing duct work, even though the salemand said it was all wrong and would be re-done. When I informed the worker of this, he said he didnt know anything about that and he could leave and come back another day. This was mid-january....he was prepared to leave us without heat....nice. I figured heat is better than no heat and told him to carry on. I told the salesman all of this when he came to collect payment and he didnt even offer to lower the price. I've since had someone who worked as a construction supervisor and he looked at the install and said there is no way it would pass inspection. High efficiency furnaces have pumps to get rid of the condensation collected in the furnace....out installer drilled a hole into our sewer line and pushed the pvc tubing into the main sewer then put a giant blob of silicone on it to seal it. This company comes knocking with a smile, but their work is shoddy. I would advise against using them. I would welcome someone with any power at McRea to come take a look and explain to me how they stand behind the work that was done. I truely feel ripped off.
