After the gas was turned off after a gas meter replacement and leak was found by the gas company, things looked grim for the weekend. HVAC companies could not do the job till Monday, asked for unreasonable amounts of money or declined the job. I was looking at no hot water for 3+ days! Tony came through even though he was working on the other side of the GTA.. came on the Friday evening, worked hard to get the job done and even spotted and fixed some other issues. A true professional and gentleman, I have no hesitation in recommending and using Tony's services.

The gas supply was shutdown after the contractor detected a leak near the furnace after a meter replacement. So no hot water! HVAC firms busy with A/C repairs for the summer could not make it the same day so had a company come the next day. They said the leak was a big job as the leak was at the 1st joint after the main gas pipe and would require major disassembly on Monday after the weekend with a 2 person crew! I called around again for a repair before Monday and was declined or left to wait to see if there was leftover time after other jobs were done. NewTown managed to be true to their word and came over Friday evening. Their technician Tony was an excellent hardworking soul who pointed out issues and made them right! This is a company I would not hesitate to go with again. Honourable people and company!
