An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We are thrilled with the job that The Fresh Coat did on our house. They renovated our family room, powder room and upstairs/downstairs flooring including complete painting. They also changed all the baseboards and did an excellent job of making the rest look like new. They also installed crown molding in main floor and a island in the kitchen. This was all done within 3weeks, which we found impressive! The whole team was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them-- we'll definitely use them again in the future.
