After attempting to fix my own garage door handle myself, I managed to lock myself out of my garage (go ahead - laugh it up). After reading all the reviews here, I called Chris, who was able to be here in less than two hours. He got me back into my garage, corrected my previous 'repair', and offered some helpful advice about how to address future issues with the garage. We needed a thorough clean of our 3-bedroom house after a bathroom renovation, and Jacob and his team did a commendable job. Jacob gave me a clear overview of the service over the phone, and was able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. His team was prompt, pleasant, and professional, not to mention incredibly thorough. In fact, I don't think our house has been this clean since we moved in 6 years ago (and we clean regularly and thoroughly ourselves). I was particularly impressed by Jacob's commitment to our satisfaction, as well as to our budget. He quickly identified our top priorities so that the project could be kept within an affordable timeframe. That said, they more than exceeded our expectations within the budget we had discussed.
