We hired Zac and his dad last summer to redo the stone on our front porch and stairway. Upon completion of the job there was a cracked stone and loose bricks which Zac assured me he was coming back to fix. We paid them in full as they were trustworthy during the process. And then *poof*, he disappears. It has been over a year now with countless emails and phone calls to Zac. At one point earlier this spring he did finally get back to me to say he was coming to fix it, but as was his track record, a broken promise. Zac can claim this review is for "another company" - York Mills Construction -- however it is basically the same company under a different name. Zac is the common person between both companies and he cannot be trusted. Never hire him regardless what his company name is.
