I needed to deal with a wasp's nest on my balcony. I was having a family BBQ on the holiday Monday and called Pesticon on the Sunday the day before. I was prepared to get voice mail and no immediate call back. Instead I reach and the owner and briefly described my situation. He initially said that he could come Monday morning which was impressive in itself because it was a holiday. When he heard that I was having a family function on the balcony he said he would try to connect with one of his service people to see whether they could come Sunday night! He called back 10 minutes later and said that he could come around 7 PM. He would have come earlier but he was in Niagara with the family. Wow, now that's service. I've put the owner's name and tel number in my PDA to make sure I always have it available.

Tony at Valentini gave us the straight goods on a small project that was difficult to do. We had decided to modify a dinning room hutch to be used in our master bedroom ensuite. The majority of suppliers we talked to said it could not be done or it would cost $4-$6K. Tony on the other hand told us in very simple language what had to be done and why. He even guaranteed the results. Tony: thanks for making life easy.
